Paleo Chow - Day 3 {July 31}

Started off with good intentions.

Scrambled 3 eggs with some deli ham ... unfortunately, after reading the label, I see that there is some sugar byproducts added in the list of ingredients. This could be harder than originally planned.  Brought breakfast to work to eat at desk.

Things got busy and here it was 1:18 before I even THOUGHT of a real meal. It wasn't until 3pm that I actually got around to eating my 'breakfast'. I know better than to go all morning AND afternoon without eating. Was spinning my wheels trying to get work done, getting crabby and realized that I had NOT eaten anything substantial ...

Doesn't mean I didn't eat the 4 cookies (yes, really) and 4 strawberries. Why do vendors bring COOKIES?? Make them go away. They weren't even GOOD cookies. But my old motto used to be bad cookies/cake is better than NO cookies/cake. Nice, huh.

So, here's what I've gathered and consumed today:

3 chocolate chip cookies
2 snicker cookies
a handful of strawberries
3 eggs, scrambled and deli ham
3 cups of coffee with sugar and half and half. Honestly, first cup was sucked down, 2nd cup half drank and same for 3rd cup.
Salad with cukes, red peppers and radishes. Balsamic/olive oil dressing (easy to make, I just eyeball it each morning). This was consumed at 8pm ... yes, I ate my lunch at 8pm.  AND I topped it off with not one, but TWO of these



Cookies. Beer.  I have NO shame. What else can I consume that's just WRONG for me? I obviously need to revisit the arthritis pain ...
