Paleo Chow - Day 4 {August 1}

Didn't sleep well at all ... had something to do with the other person in bed snoring ... and the Girl not getting home until 2am. Yes, she's 21 but still.

Which led me to keep getting up and slugging some water. At one point, around 1:15am, I grabbed the damn bag of ruffles and stuffed 2 handfuls in my mouth. Uggg. Ick. Salty crap.

Here's how the morning prep looks after I've gathered and prepared all the goods for the work day. Definately helps to have good food storage containers.



2 cups of coffee, sugar and half and half
3 eggs scrambled
handful of strawberries
Say hello to the 4 cookies. Um, I failed to mention that I am PMS'ing at the moment...so need to look for alternative junk!
Salad with avocado, red pepper, cukes, radishes. Diced chicken breast that was a little to dry looking. AND the balsamic and olive oil dressing. That salad was HUGE and weighed a ton.


Dinner? Yes. Dinner
Glass of red wine diluted with some sparkling mineral water and ice. Along with a little sauteed chicken breast in coconut oil. I so wanted that damn microwave popcorn in the pantry but kept saying No No No, remember your hands ....



Not a good day. Could blame it all on Mother Nature but I wouldn't dare. Except, while rooting around in the freezer for something for the Boy to eat (aka, Junk Food), I came across a lone Lindt Lindor chocolate ball ... that baby got popped right in my mouth. Seriously, there wasn't even a though process involved.

Need to start uploading more pics (I'm too lazy and it's time consuming sometimes) and will also start posting the recipes to stuff I've tried that I'm hooked on...watch for a cucumber, mint and avocado smoothie. Don't say yuck til you give it a shot, trust me!
