Very Berry Smoothie



Making smoothies that taste good and don't have dairy and such can be a little difficult ... I've already shown you the banana nut smoothie that I love and now this one, I'm hoping, will fix any cravings I have for slushies and such this summer ...

Not to mention, it's super, duper easy to make!

Enter ....



1 cup of frozen mixed berries
1 cup of coconut water ...
Ice is completely optional and I've opted not to add it

Toss the two in the Vitamix or other blender and let it rip ...



Serve up and enjoy ...



Did I tell you how BERRY EASY this was?? :-)
