Paleo Chow - Day 10 {August 7}

Tuesdays are hit and miss around here ... today was a hit thankfully.

Only down side was I was starving....like I'm going to pass out hungry!

Here's what I gathered and consumed:

2 cups coffee with sugar and half and half
3 scrambled eggs with a few bacon slices leftover from last night


handful of macadamia and cashews

leftover chicken breast from last night

small salad (just romaine lettuce) with balsamic and olive oil

The tower of food for the day


Never got around to eating the fruit.

Got home and ate 10 shrimps ... looked at the cocktail sauce label and put it back in the fridge. Thankfully they tasted just fine the way they were.


Dinner was consumed a little late and nothing was really planned ... I went for an hour long run/jog/walk and by the time I got home thought I was going to die.

A few slices of ham. Rest of bacon. Chugged big glass of water. Jumped in shower. Got out and was STILL starving so I made myself deviled eggs using 2 of the hard boiled eggs, a mix of the mayo (homemade) and mustard (that look, no sugar or HFCS!) ... yeah. That was dinner.



All in all a good day. I said NO to a few things, including the slice of pepperoni pizza left over when I got home from running. THAT was hard.
