Ranch Dressing - Dairy and Grain Free









This is easy, and I make it a point to use my mayo to ensure it really is dairy free (go ahead, take a look at your label, and then read my recipe ... you'll see)



1/2 cup mayo (do me a favor, if going for TRUE dairy free, make your own)
2 to 3 tbs coconut milk (canned)
1 tsp dried dill
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp minced garlic (are you prepping your garlic in mass quantities yet?)
black pepper
squeeze of lemon juice



Mix all well together in bowl, cover and refrigerate for an hour, minimum. 



Serve up!
