I'm too lazy to get up and see what day this would be ...
I've been on and off the Chow Plan ...
All I can say is alcohol DEFINITELY has an impact on your eating ... doh, I think we all know that already, but I'm just confirming...
The Boy has been relocated to Orlando for school, so that means I no longer have to worry about feeding him, only me & Hubby ...
Hubby will eat 'almost' anything I make. Some things, not, like the almond, grainfree biscuits, or eggs of any kind (causes a serious stomach issue for him) ... so I'm looking forward to getting back in to the swing of things.
Should be noted that I bought Practical Paleo, the actual book, not the Kindle version ... it's like a behemoth of a thing. Wow. And it's not just a cookbook, but a real informational read too. Pretty good so far ... and the pictures make my mouth water ... I will do a review of the book once I get all the way through ...
So here's what I gathered up today and chowed on:
2 cups coffee, scant tsp of sugar and half and half
3 eggs, scrambled and cooked in coconut oil with a few slices of diced ham
handful of pecans
salad with an overabundance of radishes, tomatoes, red peppers, green peppers, yellow peppers and diced up hard boiled egg. I also made myself a little honey mustard dressing.
Dinner was supposed to have been a bangin shrimp dish ... but I was not up to spending time in the kitchen, so ... I hunted down:
leftover burger, leftover nitrate, 'all natural' hot dog with a little ketchup, and a heaping amount of leftover green beans from last night.
I'm curious abouth the "all natural" hot dog ... I wish I had the package still to really read it.
I'm stuffed ... yet I feel the munchies coming on. Yikes!
